At the beginning of the treatment – and after a diagnosis is settled – a suitable laser and training programs are created accordingly. For the Laser Therapy, a period of at least two weeks is scheduled, in which the horse is lasered 1-2 times a day. The horse remains in the hospital during this period but an ambulatory therapy is also available when requested. The combination of an individually adapted patient's training plan, weekly ultrasound examinations and regular inspections of the horse’s movement, makes the laser therapy a highly successful form of treatment. Ambulatory laser treatment can also be made available for recurrence prevention.
